Roles and Responsibilities
Assist surgeons during operations by preparing equipment, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean operating setting.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the doctor or anesthesiologist.
Perform washing and sterilization procedures according to hospital protocols.
Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to ensure smooth functioning of the operation theatre.
Maintain accurate records of patient data, medications, and treatments administered in the OT.
