We are looking for a detail-oriented Non-Voice Operations Executive to manage and process loan applications through various stages of the customer journey. The role involves reviewing applications, verifying documents, updating application statuses, and ensuring timely movement of cases while adhering to defined SOPs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Process and move customer applications across different workflow stages.
Verify documents and application details for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure applications meet process guidelines before advancing.
Resolve operational exceptions and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Update internal systems with accurate application status and remarks.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
02 years of experience in Non-Voice Operations, Backend Operations, or Loan
Processing (Freshers can apply).
Good written communication and computer skills.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced workplace.
