Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Ensure products comply with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues using root cause analysis.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Design departments to resolve quality concerns.
Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap data and recommend improvement actions.
Develop inspection plans, quality check sheets, and SOPs.
