Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of issues to support business continuity and operational excellence.

Assist in monitoring system performance and identifying potential areas of improvement.

Qualified & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.

Solid understanding of incident and problem management processes within IT infrastructure.

Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure components.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
