Greet and assist passengers at check-incounters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handlepassenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules,delays,



and other relevant information - Ensure the safety andsecurity of passengers by following all airport and airlineregulations - Assist with the boarding process and ensure that allpassengers are seated comfortably - Handle and resolve customercomplaints in a skilled and timely manner - Coordinate withother ground staff and airline personnel to ensure smoothoperations - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor ormanagement team Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma orequivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multipletasks simultaneously - Must be able to work flexible hours,including weekends and holidays - Must be physically fit and ableto lift up to 50 pounds - Previous experience in the aviationindustry is a plus, but not required Contract Details: This is afull-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.The selected candidates will be offered a contract with aprobationary period of 3 months. Upon successful completion of theprobationary period, the contract will be extended for a longerterm.
