We are looking for a passionate and energetic Weekend Life Skills Trainer to conduct interactive sessions for children aged 6–11 years in Kakkanad, Kochi. The trainer will facilitate engaging activities that help children develop communication, confidence, emotional intelligence, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and social skills in a fun and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities
Conduct weekend life skills classes for children aged 6–11.
Facilitate interactive games, group activities, storytelling, role plays, and confidence-building exercises.
Teach life skills concepts through experiential learning rather than traditional classroom teaching.
Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive communication among children.
Create a secure, inclusive, and engaging learning workplace.
Manage classroom activities for groups of approximately 10–15 children.
Provide basic feedback to parents and the team on student participation and progress.




Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and child safety during all sessions.
Support occasional workshops, parent interaction sessions, and special events.

Desired candidate profile
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to confidently engage and manage young children.
Energetic, creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
Passion for child development and activity-based learning.
Prior experience in teaching, child psychology, school counselling, Montessori education, drama/theatre, public speaking, soft-skills training, or children’s workshops is preferred.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact through interactive learning experiences. Pay: ₹400.00 per hour
