Design & Planning: Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD software.
Client Management: Meet clients to outline needs, styles, and budgets.
Material Sourcing: Select color palettes, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
Project Oversight: Manage project budgets, order materials, and set timelines.
Site Collaboration: Work with architects and contractors to ensure design accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2+ years of interior design experience with a proven track record of managing clients independently.
Communication: Masterful presentation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle client feedback gracefully and solve in office project delays or budget adjustments smoothly.
Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,ENSCAPE and presentation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
