We are looking for a skilled Welder / Fitter Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, fitting, welding, assembly, and repair of metal components as per engineering drawings while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform fabrication, fitting, and welding of metal components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
Carry out Arc Welding (SMAW) and MIG Welding (GMAW) operations.
Prepare, align, fit, and assemble fabricated parts before welding.
Select appropriate electrodes, welding wires, and consumables based on material specifications.
Perform welding in different positions as required.
Inspect weld joints and ensure proper welding quality.
Use measuring tools such as Vernier Calipers, Measuring Tape, and Gauges.
Grind, finish, and clean welded components.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use proper PPE.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Required Skills




Knowledge of Arc Welding (SMAW).
Knowledge of MIG Welding (GMAW).
Knowledge of welding joints such as Butt Joint, Lap Joint, T-Joint, and Corner Joint.
Understanding of welding current, voltage, and welding positions.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of fabrication and fitting work.
Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
Basic knowledge of material handling and workshop safety.

Qualification
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or ITI.

Welder
Fitter
Fabricator
Sheet Metal Worker
Turner (Preferred)
Machinist (Preferred)

Experience
Fresher to Experienced candidates can apply.

Location As per company requirement.

Salary

Negotiable based on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
