About Us

Zolvex Home Services is a fast-growing home cleaning company providing professional deep cleaning services across Kerala. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team and help convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Website.
Explain our services, pricing, and offers clearly.
Convert enquiries into confirmed service bookings.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
Update customer details and booking information.
Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service delivery.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media.
Friendly, confident, and convincing communication skills.




Ability to build trust with customers.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge.
