We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecalling & Lead Generation Executive to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in expanding business prospects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in interacting with prospects, and the ability to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate business leads.
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and identifying business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate leads through various online and offline sources.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups.
Maintain daily call reports and lead generation reports.
Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience working with CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
Experience in B2B lead generation will be an added advantage.
Experience in IT products/services or technology sales is preferred.
