Key Responsibilities
Teach Wellbeing Curriculum: Deliver engaging lessons on mental health, emotional regulation, mindfulness, and social skills.
Student Support: Provide early interventions and protected spaces for students needing emotional guidance.
Staff & Parent Guidance: Advise teachers and parents on recognizing mental health warning signs and building resilience at home.
Policy Development: Help school leaders build and execute a whole-school wellbeing strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Education Degree: Valid teaching license with a background in counseling, psychology, or health education.
Empathy & Communication: Robust listening skills and the ability to talk openly about mental health.
Crisis Management: Training in basic youth mental health first aid or safeguarding.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
