Key Responsibilities &Tasks;
Act as an in-charge of the Zonal Sales team & dealer in their Zone as the Zonal Manager and defines Zonal plans and implementation strategies
Act as an interface between the dealer, regional managers, KAMs and Volkswagen HO
Would be responsible for implementing sales strategies at the Zone level, Dealer level and for various markets in the Zone




Would be responsible to set and achieve the retail & wholesale target, set for the dealers in his Zone
Would be responsible for marketing steering through HO marketing plus dealer marketing activities covering ATL and BTL activations
Would be responsible to implement the sales standard in his dealership through tools such as CSS, Sarvottam, Infra checks etc. through teams
Would be responsible to arranging to train and motivate the sales team in the dealership for optimum results
Operational responsibility for maximizing dealer’s revenues within framework of VW policies, norms
Guide and Coach VW Zonal Sales team for optimum results
