We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle domestic travel enquiries, create customized travel itineraries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the travel journey. Requirements

More than 1 year of experience in Inbound or domestic travel sales.

Valuable knowledge of domestic destinations and tour planning.

Robust communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree preferred. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls, emails,



and travel enquiries for domestic holiday packages.

Design and recommend customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings by providing effective travel solutions.

Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel vendors to ensure seamless trip execution.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients.

Provide end-to-end assistance before, during, and after travel.

Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
