We are hiring a Vendor Development Engineer to manage supplier development and vendor-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for vendor evaluation, coordination, and performance tracking to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop recent vendors based on company requirements
Handle vendor onboarding and maintain related documentation
Monitor vendor performance in terms of quality, delivery, and cost
Coordinate with suppliers for timely material availability
Maintain vendor records and update reports regularly
Work closely with procurement and production teams

Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in vendor development or procurement
Knowledge of vendor management processes
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers

Preferred Skills:
Experience in manufacturing setting
Basic understanding of supply chain processes
Problem-solving and analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
