Review, prioritize, and validate change requests for risk, impact, and compliance using tools like ServiceNow.
Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, approve changes, and schedule implementations to minimize downtime.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, audit failed changes, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with service desk, incident, and configuration teams for seamless change execution.
Document change plans, communicate updates to stakeholders, and enforce policies
