Key Responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote the luxury project and generate qualified leads.

Attend and manage incoming calls from prospective clients with professionalism and warmth.

Engage and build rapport with high-end customers using persuasive and skilled communication.

Understand client preferences and pitch project highlights tailored to their lifestyle and investment goals.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM records accurately with lead details and follow-up actions.

Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve call strategies and response rates.

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in luxury real estate, hospitality, BPO, Customer service or premium lifestyle brands preferred.

Fluency in English and Hindi/Telugu is a must.
