Job Summary:

The Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring smooth operations across ticketing, food & beverage service, and auditorium management. The role requires a customer-first approach, teamwork, and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a courteous and skilled manner
Handle ticketing operations including booking, cancellations, and queries
Support food & beverage counters (preparation, billing, and service)
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in lobby, auditoriums, and work areas
Assist guests in seating and manage auditorium entry/exit
Upsell products and promote ongoing offers
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when required
Follow safety, SOPs, and company guidelines at all times

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Age: 1828 years (preferred)




Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (basic English & local language)
Presentable personality with customer service orientation

Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
