We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Call potential customers from provided leads and generate new business prospects.
Explain GTM Infotech's IT and Digital Marketing services.
Understand client requirements and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Solid convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
Ability to work under sales targets.

Qualifications




12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
