Role Description The Telecaller role at DezainAlly is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introduce the agency’s services, and clearly explain how DezainAlly can support their branding and digital needs. The telecaller will respond to inquiries, record call details, update contact databases, and follow up on leads to support business development.

The role involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, scheduling meetings or demos, and maintaining professional communication standards. Telecallers are expected to meet call targets, handle feedback constructively,



and represent DezainAlly’s brand with courtesy and reliability.

Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with transparent articulation and active listening abilities.
Customer interaction skills, including rapport building, objection handling, and polite, solution-focused conversations.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call-tracking software.
Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to structured targets.
High level of professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn about branding and digital services.
Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or communication is an advantage.
