Job Summary The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the dealer network, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team across the Mumbai region. The role focuses on project sales, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets while strengthening KinLong's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop current business opportunities with architects, builders, facade consultants, fabricators, and contractors.
Expand and manage dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
Lead and mentor the regional Sales Engineers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers and project stakeholders.
Monitor project pipelines from enquiry to order closure.
Coordinate with the Technical, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams for timely project execution.




Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
5 + years of B2B sales experience.
Minimum 1 years in a team leadership role.
Experience in architectural hardware, building materials, aluminium systems, fa•ade, glass hardware, or construction products is preferred.
