We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, solid destination knowledge, and the ability to provide personalized travel solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries.
Arrange flight tickets, hotel accommodations, holiday packages, cruises, and transportation.
Assist clients with tourist, business, student, and other travel-related requirements.
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel regulations, visa documentation, travel insurance, and entry requirements.
Prepare travel quotations and customize packages based on client budgets and preferences.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, tour operators, and other travel partners.
Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel disruptions efficiently.
Ensure all travel documents are complete and delivered before departure.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Keep up to date with travel trends, airline policies, visa regulations, and destination information.
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and booking systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
2–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Knowledge of international and domestic travel bookings.
Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
Solid understanding of visa processes and travel documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
