Responsibilities
Professionally and courteously manage a high volume of daily inbound calls (approximately 50 per day).
Address customer service inquiries with a polite, solution-focused approach.
Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate, personalized travel recommendations.
Ensure precision and attention to detail in all customer interactions and transaction records.
Foster strong, long-term relationships through transparent and consistent communication.
Confidently communicate detailed information about our holiday homes and related services.




Effectively resolve customer issues within set timelines and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members, showing a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
