Handle back-office operations for UK Retail Banking products, including Savings & Current Accounts, Debit Cards, Personal Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Payments.
Process account maintenance, payment instructions, service requests, and banking transactions accurately within defined SLAs.
Verify customer documentation, perform KYC checks, and ensure compliance with UK banking regulations and internal policies.
Investigate transaction exceptions, resolve processing discrepancies, and maintain accurate customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services while ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and willingness to work in UK shifts are essential.
