Responsibilities
Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
Scan products and process customer purchases accurately.
Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
Issue receipts and ensure correct billing.
Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
Answer customer questions and assist them when needed.
Keep the checkout counter clean and organized.
Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
Follow company policies and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
