VILLASA — We're Hiring: Inside Sales Executive (Reservations & Guest Sales)

About us: VILLASA is a premium villa and boutique-stay brand based in Kolkata, with a growing portfolio of design-led luxury homes across West Bengal. We don't sell rooms — we sell experiences. We're a small, quick-moving team, and we're looking for a sharp salesperson to help us convert more of our incoming demand into booked, happy guests.

The role

You'll be the person who turns enquiries into bookings. Working closely with our Reservations Manager, you'll own the guest sales journey — from the first WhatsApp message to a confirmed stay. This is a quick, conversational, numbers-driven sales role for someone who loves closing.

What you'll do

Handle inbound guest enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram and OTAs — quickly and warmly

Understand each guest's need (occasion, group, budget, preferences) and recommend the right villa

Share options, answer questions, and guide guests toward the best fit





Negotiate and close bookings within our pricing guidelines — reading the guest and landing the deal

Run disciplined follow-ups on warm and pending leads (text + call) so nothing slips

Keep the pipeline clean and up to date in our CRM

Coordinate basic pre-arrival details so every booking starts smoothly

What we're looking for

1–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales, reservations, travel or hospitality (this is a must — we need someone who can sell from day one)

Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Bengali A natural closer — persuasive, quick on your feet, comfortable negotiating

Warm, organised and relentless on follow-ups; happy living on WhatsApp and the phone

Valuable with numbers and detail

Bonus points

Experience with a CRM or WhatsApp business tools

OTA platforms (Airbnb / MakeMyTrip / Booking.com)
