Job Title: Sales Officer / Teller / Gold Loan Officer
Department: Retail Liabilities
Location: Field and Open Market

Key Responsibilities
Find and bring in current customers for bank products.
Sell credit cards, personal loans, savings accounts, and insurance.
Call leads and set up face-to-face meetings.
Build and keep good ties with clients.
Collect client papers for loan or account setup.
Meet daily and monthly sales goals.
Gold Appraisal: Test and verify the purity and weight of gold ornaments accurately.
Loan Processing: Complete KYC, check customer eligibility, and finish documentation quickly.
Sales & Marketing: Source current gold loan leads through field visits and market outreach.
Customer Service: Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to clients.




Compliance & Safety: Maintain protected custody of pledged gold and follow bank audit rules.

Skills and Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales (banking or finance is a plus).
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, product and local area knowledge.
Traits: Target-driven, active, and ready for field work.
