Male: Night Shift
Female: Day Shift
Working Hours: 10 Hours
Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

HSC Pass Freshers Welcome
Graduates – Freshers & Experienced Can Apply

Salary:
Freshers: 17,000/month
1+ Year Experience: Up to 23,000/month
2+ Years Experience: Up to 30,000/month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries related to CIBIL reports and credit score.
Assist customers with account-related concerns and provide accurate information.
Ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards.
Update customer interactions accurately in the system.
