Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage initial client interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving property bookings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, nurturing prospects, scheduling site visits, and maintaining CRM data to ensure smooth conversion of leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.
Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, property type, and timeline.
Explain project details including pricing, payment plans, amenities, and availability.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
Support digital marketing campaigns by responding to portal and website leads.




Coordinate with sales managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain knowledge of ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
