/ Responsibilities :
Vehicle Engineering Manager is responsible for Vehicle Attributes delivery on Current & Existing projects.
Project Management including, Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control, Risk analysis & Mitigation Plans, Closure, TGR, TGW.
Vehicle level assessments for all attributes.
Issue and gap identification, resolution and risk assessment for the attribute delivery. Report out target achievement, gaps, countermeasures and risks for the Project delivery.
Plan & Optimize Design validation plans.
Should be familiar with vehicle and powertrain aggregate systems/parts.
Thorough knowledge of Vehicle Attributes & Aggregates.
Automotive Product development process, NPI process
Project Management, Cross functional teams handling
Should have positive Communication & Presentation skills with leadership qualities.
Expert in use of MS office utilities.
Should possess valid driving license.
