About the job

Are you highly organized, proactive, and eager to build a career in business operations and marketing management? We are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and contribute to daily management operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior managers with day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate and support offline marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Manage schedules, meetings, reports, and business correspondence
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Prepare presentations, business reports, and performance updates
Coordinate with different departments to streamline communication and workflow
Support recruitment, training, and team management initiatives when required
Maintain accurate records and assist with operational planning

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
