Role: District Coordinator Delhi


Location: Delhi (North & North -East Districts)


25000/ - per month + travel allowance & other attractive benefits


Preferred Qualifications & Experience


• At least 1 year of experience of implementing development initiatives on ground


• Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly (Basic Excel, Canva, etc.)




Key Results

Maintaining solid relationships with district/zone stakeholders

Smooth and timely district -wide implementation of programme activities

Regular sharing of relevant and actionable insights from the field to inform programme improvements and
decision -making




Key Responsibilities

Travelling to the program locations (AWCs, Schools, Government offices, etc.) for 3 -4 days a week

Conducting program related trainings (for early educators, AWWs, etc.)





Engaging with government stakeholders on a regular basis to create solid relationships and ensuring
program -level coordination

Support to the back -end operations and following the implementation plans to achieve program -related
metrics

Other responsibilities as requested by the Program Managers.




Critical Factors for Success


Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage
effectively with stakeholders


Ability to liaison with government systems on a regular basis

Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly

1+ years of experience in any field -related profile

Close alignment with Rocket Learning's core values and principles
