Your work profile
Own the end-to-end Record to Report lifecycle, including:
General Ledger
Subledger Accounting
Period Close & Financial Close Management
Fixed Assets
Intercompany Accounting
Financial Reporting and Analytics
Consolidation (Oracle FCCS / Hyperion)
Lead Oracle RTR solution design aligned to accounting standards and business requirements
Drive standardization, automation, and close acceleration initiatives
Translate finance and accounting needs into Oracle ERP solutions
Key skills required
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a robust focus on order management, supply chain, or related enterprise systems. Experience on MAO, Sterling OMS, BY OM, Fluent Commerce will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading requirements elicitation and specification for complex functional areas.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Robust collaboration across business and technical stakeholders.
Exposure to testing lifecycle and UAT execution preferred.
Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (Jira, Confluence).
