Job Description
Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals and key performance indicators
Assist in the development of the spa's standard operating procedures and policy relating to safety and emergency procedures. Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of and adherence to the policies
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise spa staff members, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service standards and career development opportunities
Meet with group meeting planners to showcase spa facilities and programs. Promote and sell customized spa packages and wellness programs to conference groups and corporate clients as required
Provide and take responsibility for the qualified delivery of all information via emails, telephone, and in person to all potential spa guests and corporate partners
Work with the Marketing and Communications department regarding all aspects of spa promotions, digital presence, and brand positioning. Assist in the implementation of marketing plans and public relations programs
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offerings,



pricing, promotions, and sales techniques to identify market opportunities
Monitor scheduling of all services and special programming to optimize resource allocation and maximize revenue generation
Establish and maintain skilled business relationships with all vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Review purchase requisitions and forward to Director of Rooms for approval, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines
Review and approve all invoices before payment, verifying accuracy and adherence to contracted terms
Manage spa budget and financial performance, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock management and waste reduction
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements specific to spa operations and guest wellness
