Role Overview

DSP Pension Fund is looking for a sharp, reliable skilled who can drive marketing execution by coordinating across teams, managing timelines, and ensuring work gets delivered.

This role requires ownership, solid follow-through, and the ability to navigate day-to-day execution challenges. It is less about tools and more about getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Coordination
Drive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns as per plan.
Ensure timelines are met across all stakeholders and partners.
Follow up consistently to keep projects moving and avoid delays.
Act as the central point of contact between marketing, product, compliance, and agencies.
Ensure all deliverables are aligned, approved, and executed on time.
Handle last-minute changes and solve execution challenges on the go.

Collateral & Asset Coordination
Plan and track all campaign-related assets such as videos, creatives, and communication materials.
Ensure timely availability of all assets required for campaign rollout.




Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain quality and timelines.

Social Media & Content Rollout
Ensure content is published as per schedule.
Coordinate internally to ensure readiness of all content pieces.

Ideation Support
Contribute practical ideas to improve execution and communication.
Support the team during campaign planning and brainstorming discussions.

Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in execution-heavy roles (marketing, operations, or coordination).
Robust follow-up and ownership mindset.
Ability to handle multiple moving parts without losing track.
Street-smart approach to problem-solving.
Good communication and coordination skills.
