Job Description

We're looking for a Senior HR Data Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance our talent management and organizational performance.
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports using advanced data visualization tools to track key HR metrics and workforce analytics
Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to recruitment, retention, compensation, performance, and employee engagement
Develop and implement HR data models and analytical frameworks to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives
Collaborate with HR business partners to define data requirements,



translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance by establishing data governance protocols and conducting regular data quality audits
Create and present executive-level reports and presentations that communicate complex data findings in a transparent and compelling manner
Analyze recruitment metrics, hiring funnel performance, and time-to-fill data to optimize talent acquisition processes
Support compensation and perks analysis, including salary benchmarking, equity analysis, and advantages utilization studies
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations using data-driven recommendations
Stay current with HR analytics best practices, emerging tools, and industry trends to continuously enhance analytical capabilities
