Job Description

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and inspire a housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. As a Housekeeping Executive, you'll be the driving force behind creating welcoming, immaculate settings that exceed guest expectations while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. Conduct daily briefings and team huddles to communicate priorities, expectations, and performance goals to housekeeping staff
Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure consistent execution of all housekeeping tasks and procedures
Maintain rigorous cleanliness standards across guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms, and housekeeping pantries in accordance with organizational protocols
Oversee the inspection and quality control of public areas to ensure they meet established standards




Manage guest supply replenishment and respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements
Address and resolve reports of room damage or equipment malfunctions with efficiency and professionalism
Conduct regular room inspections and checklists to verify compliance with quality standards
Maintain accurate and detailed section floor reports and room status documentation
Monitor equipment maintenance and ensure all housekeeping tools and supplies are kept in optimal condition
Report unusual behavior, safety concerns, or activities on assigned floors to the Executive Housekeeper
Assist in evaluating team member attendance, performance, and career development
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel fire safety, life safety, and emergency procedures
Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and training sessions to stay current with best practices
Establish and maintain positive, professional working relationships with team members and other departments
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support organizational objectives
