What You’ll Do
Create Social Media content for Facebook, Instagram and Google
Write social media copy suitable for B2B businesses in various industries including Property Management, Health, Retail, Food services, etc.




Analyze and respond to incoming reviews
Work directly with clients to finalize review responses

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and their social media and review presence (often 100+ locations)
Deliver content services on time and with high quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Communicate with clients on content and review response strategies
