Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Verify patient identity, review doctor orders, explain steps, and answer questions.
Image Capture: Position patients accurately and use X-ray machinery to take explicit scans.
Safety Protocols: Place lead shields on patients and follow strict rules to limit radiation exposure.
Quality Control: Check image quality before sending them to doctors to prevent extra tests.
Equipment Care: Keep machines clean, test them often, and report any broken parts.
Record Keeping: Log completed procedures and update patient files in computer systems.
