Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and motivational work environment that promotes growth and excellence
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet brand standards and organizational cleanliness requirements
Establish and monitor productivity, quality, and service standards while ensuring full compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Conduct regular inspections of all areas, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective actions to maintain consistent quality standards




Manage scheduling, inventory control, and ordering of housekeeping supplies while analyzing costs and identifying opportunities for efficient resource utilization
Collaborate seamlessly with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage housekeeping staff, conducting performance reviews and supporting career development initiatives
Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to improve operational efficiency, sustainability practices, and team engagement
Maintain transparent communication with senior management regarding departmental performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations
Ensure a protected working workplace by promoting compliance with all health, safety, and environmental protocols
