This role demands a sharp financial strategist who can optimize billing, collections, sales revenue, and compliance management while ensuring operational efficiency and automation. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with financial operations, a solid leader, and a data-driven decision-maker.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Operations & Client Billing Management
Own end-to-end client billing and receivables management
Ensure timely billing, collections, and potential revenue tracking
Build and maintain robust relationships with enterprise clients




Handle client escalations related to billing and compliance
Collaborate with Sales, Tech, and Operations on contracts

Sales Monitoring & Revenue Management
Coordinate with sales to track revenue growth
Monitor monthly sales trends and meet targets
Identify revenue leakage points and act
Define and monitor team KPIs and KRAs
Implement a performance review system

Cost vs. Revenue Optimization & ROI Tracking
Track and analyze revenue vs. cost per transaction/personnel
Optimize financial performance with ROI-driven strategies
Reduce costs while maintaining service quality

Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and ROC regulations
Stay updated on regulatory changes
Mitigate financial risks with legal and compliance teams
