The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, subcontractors, quality, and project timelines efficiently.

Site Execution
Execute Plumbing & Fire Fighting works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise installation of:
Water supply systems
Drainage & sewage systems
Storm water lines
Fire Fighting piping & equipment
STP/WTP related piping works
Ensure work completion as per project schedule.
Coordination
Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
Resolve site execution clashes and technical issues.
Planning & Monitoring
Monitor daily site progress and manpower productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly work plans and progress updates.




Ensure material availability as per execution schedule.
Quality & Safety
Ensure works are executed as per approved standards and safety guidelines.
Conduct inspections and testing activities.
Maintain quality checklists and site records.
Billing & Documentation
Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.
Support RA billing and subcontractor billing processes.
Maintain DPRs, material records, and inspection reports.
