Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned areas to generate current business leads.

Acquire and onboard current customers for Porter services.

Explain company services and resolve customer queries.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Conduct market surveys and identify business opportunities.

Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.

Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.

Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth service delivery.

Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales and lead generation experience.

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

Robust negotiation and convincing skills.

Ability to work independently in the field.

Problem-solving and customer handling skills.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
