Expected to be an SME




Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Ensure effective communication within the team
Implement process improvements for efficiency
Mentor junior team members

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support
Solid troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of ITIL framework
Experience with ticketing systems
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Desk Management
This position is based at our Bengaluru office
