What You'll Need
Degree inPsychologyor related field preferred but experience in coordinating and running a tuition centre speaks volumes too!
A background inteaching,academic coordination, orcentre management.
A knack for organization, a flair for communication, and a touch of magic (figuratively, of course ).

Key Responsibilities




Schedule classes like clockwork and ensure students are in the right groups.
Takedaily attendanceand maintain a sharp eye on academic operations.
Monitor class performances and providereal-time supportto educators.
Be thefriendly facethat connects with parents resolving concerns and celebrating progress.
Turn enquiries intoenchanting admissionswith engaging demos and smart follow-ups.
Coordinate all educator logs and classroom updates with finesse.
