Job Description
Engage with leads generated from online campaigns, primarily through chat and social media platforms like IndiaMart, Facebook, google, IVR calls etc.
Understand and effectively communicate the features, perks, and value of our AV products to potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations via video conferencing when required.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign specifics and lead quality.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Preferably Graduate with Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the AV or related industry
