Maintains regular contact with his team and all stakeholders to understand and address.

Initiation and Moderation of CIP activities (productivity improvement, RPP projects)
Controlling the capital budget and expenditure in related area.
MBR reporting for capital expenditure for Projects and reviews with stakeholders.
Alignment with central functions on manufacturing standards and process technologies.
Participate in the Design review of MAE for projects or customized requirements.
Perform the Layer process audits for each process with the responsible process owner / specialist of your team.
Participate in seminars/ conferences / key visit to demonstrate domain expertise.
