Google & Meta Ads Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Location: Jakkur, Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹50,000–₹70,000 per month

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Run Search, Performance Max, Facebook, Instagram, and remarketing campaigns.
Improve CPL, lead quality, conversion rate, and ROI.
Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Perform A/B testing, audience targeting, bid optimization, and provide landing page recommendations.
Monitor budgets and prepare performance reports.

Requirements
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Proven success in lead generation campaigns.




Solid knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and attribution.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹3 lakh+ is preferred.
Candidates with experience in travel, education, e-commerce, luxury services, publishing, or high-ticket lead generation are preferred.

Note: We are looking for candidates with proven performance marketing experience and measurable lead generation results, not just social media boosting or posting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
