Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, describe dishes, and highlight wellness-based food and beverage options.
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining hygiene and presentation standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team regarding special dietary requests or allergies.
Ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset for the next service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
Refill water, serve herbal teas, and assist with buffet service when required.
Support the team in inventory checks, stock maintenance, and service preparation (mise-en-place).
Handle guest feedback politely and inform the supervisor of any service concerns.
Follow all wellness, safety,



and hygiene protocols of the retreat.

Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management / F&B; Service.
1–2 years of experience in F&B; service, preferably in a luxury resort, wellness retreat, or hospital setup.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards and table etiquette.
Awareness of nutrition, herbal drinks, and healthy menu concepts (preferred).
Pleasant personality with a guest-oriented approach.
Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
