Identify and onboard recent sellers, manufacturers, and suppliers.
Explain the company's onboarding process, policies, and marketplace guidelines to prospective sellers.
Collect and verify required documents such as GST, PAN, bank details, and business registration documents.
Complete seller registration and account setup on the company portal.
Coordinate with internal teams for seller approval and account activation.
Assist sellers in product listing, catalog creation, pricing, and inventory setup.
Provide training and guidance to sellers on using the seller portal and managing their accounts.
Maintain accurate seller records and onboarding documentation.
Follow up with sellers to ensure timely completion of the onboarding process.
Resolve seller queries related to registration, listings, payments, and account activation.
Build and maintain solid relationships with sellers to ensure long-term engagement.
Coordinate with Buying, Catalog, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless onboarding.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding reports and MIS.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
