Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive – Business Development

Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Pan-India travel required)

Job Summary:
Effica Automation is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Executive to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and new business development across India. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on market research, outreach, and building a pipeline from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking
Identify and develop new business markets across India
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
Build and execute branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline; convert leads into business opportunities
Coordinate with the Design and Application teams to align sales efforts with delivery capacity
Prepare and present regular sales/lead-gen reports to management




Represent Effica Automation at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in cold calling and client-facing interactions
Willingness to travel pan-India
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
